Andrew “Andy” Favata is the owner of BACI Advisors, and a commercial real estate executive with over $2.2 Billion and 31 years experience in real estate development, design, and construction. He is a highly driven, action oriented, creative and successful with a proven track record, strong dedication and integrity.  Andy has expertise in master planned communities and commercial projects; specifically retail, office, medical office, biotech, educational, flex/warehouse, public spaces, stadiums, parks, amenities, condominium and homeowner associations.

His major accomplishments include:

• Mid Florida Event Center, Marquee Video Sign, a $500,000 custom designed, 40 ft tall, 20’ wide, dual 14’ x 11’ LED video and messaging boards

• Marina Grande Condominium Renovations, a $7M, 300,000 sf concrete, steel restoration and amenites deck (pool, spa, tennis and pickleball courts) remodeling

• NY Mets Spring Training Sports Complex, a $57M, 7,000 seat, 180,000 sf renovation and new construction

• Whittle School and Studios Washington D.C., a $235M, 675,000 sf renovation and office conversion

Andy has been involved with the successful recruiting of major businesses including the Torrey Pines Institute for Molecular Studies, the Mann Research Center, the Oregon Health Science University Vaccine and Gene Therapy Institute Florida, Martin Health Systems and Digital Domain.

He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Building Construction. Andy has worked in the public and private sector, for small and large private firms, he is a licensed General Contractor, is a member of several advisory boards and committees and is an alumni of the University of Florida Rugby Football Club.

Robert Ardigo is the Director of Field Operations for BACI Advisors. He has been a superintendent for 20 years and worked on a wide range of projects from tilt wall, structural steel, structural concrete to wood frame. He is always striving to learn the newest, most efficient forms of construction utilizing out-of-the-box thinking and calculated risk work ethics. Rob’s goal is to build the most technically challenging, high profile projects out there.

Rob is a licensed Florida GC, and is a graduate of Regis & Pace Universities. He served our country for 5 years in the U.S Navy, and is a former underwater welder and wildland firefighter.

Bianca Crowe graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and concentration in Graphic Design & Arts. She is a well-rounded achiever with an eye for design. Bianca has over 7 years experience in branding, web design, graphic design and social media management.
